Did you know you can save money on your future orders with our rewards system? Once you’ve saved up 500 points you can use them as a discount against your next order. Here’s how it works.
How it works
Sign Up
You’ll need to be registered with us to start earning points, so be sure to create an account by clicking the blue account icon in the top right.
Earn Points
Once you’re registered you’ll start earning points every time you make a purchase. There are also some other ways to earn points, which we’ll explain below.
Spend Points
Once you’ve saved up 500 points you can use them as a discount on your next order.

The option to redeem your points is shown when you view your basket.
If you didn’t get any points for your order please contact us for assistance. Remember, you need to register for an account and be logged in during checkout in order to collect points. If you ordered as a guest you won’t collect any points.
You need a minimum of 500 points to use them for a discount on your order. If you have over 500 points and can’t use them, please contact us for assistance.
To register, click the person-shaped My Account icon in the top right of the website menu and select create account. Once you’ve created an account and logged in, simply place an order to start collecting points.
To view your points, log in to your account using the person-shaped My Account icon in the top right of the website menu, then select Points from the menu in My Account.
If you can’t log in to your account please try going through the password reset process to set a new password. If this doesn’t help, please contact us for assistance.
Unfortunately, points can’t be transferred or shared.
Terms & Conditions
- You must have a minimum of 500 points to use points to pay for an order.
- You can use your points against an order for any product on E-Cig Clouds.
- The maximum discount is £10.
- You may redeem up to 100% of the value of an order up to the £10 maximum.
- Reward points are non-transferable.
- Reward points have no cash value.
- E-Cig Clouds reserve the right to suspend your account if you are found to be abusing our rewards program.
